FARMIN: A QUANTITATIVE STUDY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A
MOBILE-BASED INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR FARMER
This study explores the effectiveness of "FarmIn," a mobile-based inventory management system designed to address common inventory and financial management challenges faced by farmers in the Philippines, particularly in Santa Maria, Bulacan. Utilizing a mixed-method quantitative research design, the study engaged fifty farmers and two IT experts to evaluate the system's functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, and maintainability. Results revealed that FarmIn received overall "Very Satisfactory" ratings, demonstrating its potential to improve inventory tracking, expense monitoring, yield calculation, and weather forecasting for agricultural productivity. The study concludes that mobile-based tools like FarmIn can significantly enhance farm management practices, supporting modernization efforts in the Philippine agricultural sector.
Impacts of Playing Mobile Legends on the Social Awareness of BSIT Students
This study investigates the impact of playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) on the social awareness of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) students at STI College Santa Maria. Employing a qualitative research design, the study explores how online mobile gaming affects students' social interactions, communication, and awareness within their community. Through semi-structured interviews with selected BSIT students, the researchers identified both positive and negative effects of MLBB on social awareness. While the game fosters teamwork and online socialization, it also leads to issues like social isolation and reduced face-to-face interactions when excessively played. The findings aim to inform students, educators, and developers about the importance of responsible gaming and its influence on students' social behavior and awareness.

"Ang Pag Lihis ng Landas" is a radio drama that follows the story of twin brothers Ethan and Paulo as they navigate the challenges of college life, friendship, and family. Ethan, an optimistic and outgoing student, contrasts sharply with Paulo, who is introverted and cautious. Their bond is tested when Ethan becomes involved with a fraternity that leads him to drug use and violence. As Paulo tries to save his brother from the dark path he has chosen, he is dragged into the dangerous world of fraternity initiation. The story unfolds into a tragic tale of betrayal, regret, and loss, shedding light on the harsh realities of fraternity-related violence and peer pressure among the youth. The drama serves as a powerful reminder of the consequences of poor choices and the importance of family and moral courage.

Where am I?
Studying Computer Engineering at Mapúa University has been a challenging yet rewarding experience. Before this, I was a Computer Science student, but I realized I wanted to go beyond programming and understand how computers truly work from an engineering perspective. This shift allowed me to explore both software and hardware, although my passion remains in software development, creative design, and database management. Along the way, I’ve balanced tough academic work with personal projects — diving into Android Studio, SQL databases, and UI/UX design. These experiences helped me grow not just technically but also creatively, shaping my foundation in technology.
What am I doing?
Right now, I’m focused on improving both my technical and creative abilities. Through my studies, I’ve gained knowledge in software development, but I’ve also explored projects on my own, like building Android apps, managing databases, and working on user interface designs. I’ve been developing strong problem-solving and collaboration skills by working closely with classmates on challenging projects. Although I haven’t led a class, I believe I have the potential to take on leadership roles, as I often help peers and contribute ideas during group work. I’ve also participated in coding competitions, tech clubs, and design challenges to apply what I learn in real-world settings.
What I hope to do?
In the future, I aim to keep learning and creating meaningful solutions in technology. My goal is to be a versatile software engineer, combining strong technical skills with creative design and effective database management. I’m passionate about developing applications that are not only functional but also impactful and user-friendly. Although I focus on software, I’m inspired by computer engineering principles that help me think deeper about systems and efficiency. I hope to keep improving, both professionally and personally — learning, innovating, and adapting to the fast-paced tech industry. I believe growth is a continuous process, and I’m committed to it every day.
